1. About Chadding

Chadding is a privacy-first voice and text chat platform. It does not collect, store, or transmit any data to external third-party services. All data remains on infrastructure operated by the Chadding team.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may use any email address to register — no identity verification is required. Keep your recovery code safe; it is the only way to reset your password.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chadding to distribute illegal content, harass others, or disrupt the service. The server owner reserves the right to moderate content and remove users at their discretion.

Chadding has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that is illegal, sexually exploitative, threatening, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited. Users who violate this policy may be permanently banned without notice.

Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through in-app reporting controls. Users can also block other users, which immediately hides all content from the blocked user. All reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours — objectionable content will be removed and offending users will be ejected from the platform.

4. Content

You retain ownership of any content you share through Chadding. Messages may be encrypted end-to-end using The Chache. The server operator may have access to unencrypted messages stored in the database.

5. No Warranty

Chadding is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Service availability depends on the platform's infrastructure and may be interrupted without notice.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
